Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Be unused and unworn.
Be in its original packaging.
Include all accessories, tags, and inserts.
Be in the same condition as received.
Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

Customized or personalized products
Gift cards
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Items returned without original packaging
Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

A damaged product
A defective product
The wrong item
A missing item from your order

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos of the product
Photos of the shipping package (if applicable)

Our support team will review your request and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Shipping charges (if any) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We offer replacements or exchanges only if the product:

Arrives damaged
Has a manufacturing defect
The wrong product was delivered

Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
